The Boulder County Parks & Open Space Department is seeking an experienced Seasonal Wildlife Technician with a focus on aquatic resource monitoring. This is a great opportunity to join the BCPOS Resource Management team and assist with monitoring, tasks, and management of wildlife habitat and species on open space. This seven-month field biologist position will focus on aquatic and riparian resources such as northern leopard frog, special status native fish, fish passage, eDNA sampling, aquatic macroinvertebrates, and the accompanying data entry and curation. This will be a very rewarding position for applicants seeking to gain extensive experience in applied aquatic ecology and natural resource management.
