COSA South Platte Park Summer Interpreter Positions Available!

We’re hiring and seeking enthusiastic summer employees at South Platte Park in Littleton.

Start here, go anywhere! Through this unique and exclusive partnership, you can build your resume, experience many aspects of natural resources and gain certifications for your career, all in one place! Primarily, you will share your passion for nature by planning, researching, preparing and conducting interpretive programs. Lead summer camps, elementary students, and groups of families and adults in programs like canoeing, campfire talks, night hikes and activities like capturing crawdads or birdwatching. If you choose, you can also experience the daily work of a Nature Center Coordinator, Park Ranger or Vegetation Management / Resource Specialist and gain familiarity with equipment and facility management. You will have the opportunity to earn your Certified Interpretive Guide certification (begins March 1), CPR/First Aid certification and a certificate of completion in several areas of park and program experiences. Mentors through several program areas will be available for you during and after your season for advice, networking, training and resume building. Apply here.
