Hello – In preparing for contracting design/engineering and construction services for a trail bridges project, we are looking for examples of Design-Build RFP’s (Requests for Proposals) and contracts – Design-Build RFP’s/contracts utilize a single contractor for the design/engineering and construction phases (as opposed to separate contractors for each).
Any examples of Design-Build RFP’s/contracts related to open space recreation infrastructure (trails, bridges, trailheads, etc) are helpful – my contact info listed below.
