Pathways is a nature-based partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient program that uses nature as a modality of treatment.
As a behavioral health technician in this program your role will play a vital part in supporting people’s healing by primarily supporting the lead therapist to develop and implement an effective group treatment program outdoors.
Basic essential duties include:
- Wilderness First Aid within’ six months of hire.
- Group facilitation experience a must, outdoor facilitation experience preferred.
- Ability to work with high-risk populations with ability to adapt to dynamics of groups and working with vulnerable populations outside.
- Must be able to ride a bus/ vehicle with patients.
