Jeffco Open Space is looking for a Real Estate Specialist that is responsible for performing a broad range of technical and consultive real estate related activities dealing with land acquisitions, transactions, document review and research for Jefferson County Open Space. This work involves start-to-finish coverage of the process, including negotiating price, terms, and contracts with landowners, processing requests for easements, licenses and permits, preparing and presenting proposals, performing physical property inspections and researching and maintaining records in the database for all Jefferson County Open Space properties.
