The City of Louisville Open Space program is excited to announce a new position with our team!

Brief Summary:
This position plays a supervisory role in our Open Space division and is under the direction of the Open Space Superintendent. This individual will be responsible for supervising and managing the Open Space Maintenance Team’s full time, seasonal, and contractual employees, as well as creating work plans and vision for the Open Space maintenance team. This individual will also perform work in the planning, maintenance, and construction of all Open Space amenities and trails.
Primary duties will include supervising and managing direct reports; Open Space trail corridor maintenance such as trail edge mowing, trail repair and resurfacing; trash removal and doggie bag dispenser filling; and trailhead/property inspection and upkeep. Secondary duties will include reviewing and leading volunteer and Boulder County Youth Corps maintenance projects, snow removal, and other duties as assigned.
This is a full-time, benefited position that works 40 hours per week.
