2023 Crew Leader (19 weeks)
CDTC is hiring for a 2023 Crew Leader for a 19-week period. The Crew Leader will directly implement and lead all on-the-ground volunteer trail work projects and trail maintenance trainings for Field Programs. These efforts ensure the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail (CDT) is completed, maintained, and protected by grassroots efforts and strong community connections. The application deadline is December 2, 2022. Compensation is $20/hour plus taxed: $35/ month cell phone stipend, $200/ month health stipend.
2023 Field Coordinator (8 months)
The Field Coordinator will directly implement and lead all on-the-ground volunteer trail work projects and trail maintenance trainings for Field Programs. The Field Coordinator will supervise and provide training to CDTC’s seasonal Crew Leader on project leadership, trail work concepts and techniques, and risk management. These efforts ensure the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail (CDT) is completed, maintained, and protected by grassroots efforts and strong community connections.
