Larimer County Department of Natural Resources is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our growing team! This new full-time position will have the unique opportunity to develop, coordinate, and execute public communications strategies, tactics, and key messaging to promote awareness of land stewardship, conservation, and recreation responsibility. Coordination of content development/management along with providing graphic design supervision on a myriad of media channels are key components of the work.
Ideal candidates will bring a love for storytelling, a collaborative team approach, and a high-quality standard. We are looking for someone with a demonstrated understanding and successful track record of communications, marketing, and/or engagement implementation. Candidates with communications experience in the areas of land conservation and natural resources, parks/open spaces, cultural services, government, and/or nonprofits are encouraged to apply!
The hiring range is $30.33-$36.40 with a comprehensive benefits package. The role is hybrid and offers flexible scheduling. Applications close on January 3, 2023.
