Do you know of an outstanding environmental educator, young environmental leader, innovative environmental or outdoor program, or other entity contributing to environmental literacy in your community? If so, then consider nominating them for an Award for Excellence in Environmental Education!
Each year, the Colorado Alliance for Environmental Education recognizes and honors individuals, organizations, and schools from around the state of Colorado for their innovation and dedication to moving the field of environmental education forward. Nominations are currently being accepted for the 2023 Awards in the following categories:
• Advancing Environmental Literacy
• Enos A. Mills Award for Exemplary Contributions to Environmental Education
• Innovative EE Program
• Outstanding Environmental Educator
• Outstanding Young Environmental Leader (ages 14-23)
• Outstanding Retiring Environmental Educator
