Hello COSA, The Eagle River Watershed Council is working with the Forest Service on a road realignment/watershed health project and are planning on hiring a third party consultant to manage/oversee the environmental permitting/NEPA process.
I am looking for examples of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) that agencies/organizations have done or ones that consultants have responded to for a NEPA consultant.
