Adult Program Field Supervisor – Salida, CO Regional Office

  • Position Summary: A full-time, seasonal staff position tasked with offering technical assistance, morale support, and ensuring program integrity through policy enforcement and positive mentoring. Providing onsite field and administrative support for our adult programs is required for this position. Those with established experience in guiding and mentoring young adults in the outdoors are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Salary: Pay ranges between $18.74-$20 an hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Health benefit eligible with paid time off.

Adult Program Crew Leaders – Multiple positions open at our Durango, CO & Salida, CO Regional Offices

  • Position Summary: Crew leader positions are open to anyone with established leadership experience in the fields of conservation, natural resource management, and/or outdoor recreation. Crew leaders will be responsible for managing and supervising day-to-day project work. Experience in leading and engaging a group of young adults is required for this role.
  • Durango Office Dates of Employment: March 25th – November 15th, 2024
  • Salida Office Dates of Employment: April 1st – Late October or Early November 2024; depending on project schedule.
  • Salary: Pay ranges between $720-$800/week, depending on experience. Health benefit eligible with paid time off. Opportunity for multiple industry-recognized, competitive (re)certifications and trainings.

CDLP’s will assist and learn under their crew leader in various aspects of project work and training implementation. Willingness to lead and engage a group of young adults is required for this role.
  • Durango Office Dates of Employment: March 25th – November 15th, 2024
  • Salida Office Dates of Employment: April 1st – Late October or Early November 2024; depending on project schedule.
  • Salary: Pay is set at $685/week with paid time off. AmeriCorps Education Award eligible, amount dependent on length of service. Opportunity for multiple industry-recognized, competitive (re)certifications and trainings.
