COSA Upcoming Workshop

Hi All, please share with your contacts and/or sign-up for this upcoming workshop to be held in Greely on February 27th. This workshop is the first one of a Conservation Workshop Series designed to give small acreage owners and beginning farmers the tools to be good stewards of their land.

This event is perfect for anyone interested in learning more about how to implement resource conservation practices. Our workshops will cover a wide range of topics focused on sustainable crop, tree, pasture or land management, including soil health, water conservation, and wildlife habitat improvement.

Our first workshop will focus on how to use crops and residue management to improve soil health. Participants will explore the principles and practices of crop rotation and cover crops, residue management, till, and no till practices. Additionally, learn how the Natural Resource Conservation Service (NRCS) can help you achieve those management goals.

Come and connect with like-minded individuals, share your experiences, and gain valuable knowledge from our expert speakers.
