The City of Boulder Open Space and Mountain Parks (OSMP) is recruiting for a Community Outreach Senior Manager position. The closing date for applications is Wednesday, March 6 at 11:59pm.
This position will oversee the OSMP Volunteerism & Service Learning team and the Education and Outreach teams.
We are looking for candidates who have the following skills/experience:
- Advanced knowledge of job area (e.g., outreach, environmental education, volunteerism, youth and adult service learning, and community development/engagement strategies and partnership).
- Two to five years of demonstrated supervisory experience and management skills, including the ability to train and motivate staff and evaluate employee performance, providing constructive feedback.
- Managing an operational budget and identifying financial priorities.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans.
- Project and/or process management experience in the area of public/private partnerships.
