City of Boulder Parks and Recreation is hiring an Ecological Restoration Crew Member to join our Natural Lands team. Ecological Restoration Crew Member – 6 Month position

Job Description Summary:

Under supervision, maintains the health, safety and aesthetics of natural areas throughout the Parks and Recreation system. Gain work experience in natural resource related maintenance and operations on City of Boulder Parks and Recreation natural lands. Performs a variety of skilled and semi-skilled tasks in the areas of natural lands maintenance, vegetation management (integrated pest management and restoration), wildlife management, and visitor management. Operates a variety of power tools and specialized equipment in the performance of these duties. Performs related duties as required.

Schedule:

40 hours/week

6 month term from approximately the beginning of May into early November

Typically Monday – Friday but with some mornings, evenings and weekends

Hiring pay range:

$20.15 – $24.65 hourly
