Hello COSA Community:
I am pleased to share that the COSA Steering Committee is now seeking session proposals for the 2024 COSA conference. This year’s conference will be held on Monday, September 30th through Wednesday, October 2nd, at the Grand Junction Convention Center in Grand Junction, CO.
This year’s theme is "Grounded in Community" and the committee encourages session topics of programs, partnerships, and network interconnectivity for 2024. Community is at the heart of our work. How are our communities thriving, and where do they need support? What are we doing to strengthen ties through partnership and stewardship?
Think creatively! What are you and your partners doing that will inspire others? The committee encourages submissions on engaging topics that will expand our collective knowledge of open spaces. Preference will be given to interactive presentations that invite dialogue and constructive debate as well as those with multiple partners submitted by an open space agency. The workshops are 75 minutes in length.
All 2024 session proposals are due by Wednesday, May 15, 2024, at 5:00 MST.
