The Colorado State Forest Service has reposted our Forester and Forestry Technician Open Pools!
If you or someone in your network is interested in building a career supporting healthy forests and vibrant communities across Colorado, we encourage you to apply.
We are currently seeking candidates at both the Forester and Forestry Technician levels:
Forester Open Pool
Ideal candidates will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Forestry, Natural Resources, Natural Resource Management, or a closely related field
- Two or more years of professional natural resource management experience, such as forestry, ecology, silviculture, forest management/planning, watershed protection, wildfire mitigation, or fuels reduction
Forestry Technician Open Pool
Ideal candidates will have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Management, or
- An associate degree, college coursework, or technical training in forestry or a related field (including an Associate Degree in Forestry from an SAF-accredited college or institution)
