The COTREX program is currently hiring for a temporary six month position within CPW. The position will focus on leading an accessible data collection pilot project alongside partner agencies in the northern front range.
This is a great opportunity for an early-career natural resource professional that’s looking to build real-world skills, work on interesting stuff, and gain valuable networking experience. The ideal candidate will have an interest in a career in natural resources or outdoor recreation, accessibility and equity, some degree of familiarity with geospatial mapping, and a big bonus would be any experience or education with machine learning and image recognition systems. This is an in-person role that requires regular site visits, primarily in the northern front range.
