The Nature Conservancy is recruiting a Conservation Real Estate Manager to help advance land protection across the Southern High Plains through conservation easements, fee acquisitions, and other innovative conservation strategies. This remote position can be based in Colorado, Kansas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, or Texas.
Starting salary for the position will fall generally within $75,000 – $95,000 annually with an 8% 401k employer match, parental leave, accrued paid time off, life insurance, disability coverage, employee assistance program, and other life and work well-being benefits.
