As the Open Space Technical Support Supervisor you will lead the configuration and production of data processing services, involving both hardware and software for the Jefferson County Open Space. . By diagnosing and resolving software and hardware problems you will maximize performance of our computer systems. As a subject matter expert, you will create solutions to problems as they arise. Finally, you will collaborate with your staff and resources to help you reach your goals.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, computer science, managing information systems, IT, or similar.
- Three or more years of experience in business administration, computer science, managing information systems, IT, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Five or more years of experience in business administration, computer science, managing information systems, IT, or similar.
- Certifications in any of the following A+, Network+, Security+, and/or Microsoft System Administration certification.
Additional Information:
- ITIL Foundation Certification within one year of date of hire.
- Please note that offer of employment contingent on criminal history, motor vehicle record checks, and education verification.
- Must have a valid driver’s license; if you are from out of state, you must have a valid Colorado driver’s license within 30 days of hire date, and you must not have any major violations or DUI, DWI, DWAI convictions.
