A unique opportunity to be a primary land steward on 1,100 acres of conserved shortgrass prairie at the Plains Conservation Center just opened today!
In partnership with Denver Botanic Gardens, the city of Aurora stewards and operates this natural area and education center. With thousands of acres of prairie, 2+ miles of riparian creek corridor, 7+ miles of soft surface trail, replicas of a homestead village and tipi camp, visitor center, seasonal farm animals, and much more; this position offers lots of interest and variety.
