COSA HIRING! Angler Education Assistant – Colorado Parks & Wildlife

Good morning, and Happy Holidays!

Colorado Parks and Wildlife (CPW) is hiring an Angler Education Assistant. If you’re interested in conservation work, outdoor education, volunteer coordination, event planning/organizing, and especially fishing, this position could be a great fit for you! This is a temporary 9 month position running from February through October of 2024, 40/hrs a week, with some weekends, evenings, and possible travel depending on where and when our programs are scheduled.

The main duties of this position are teaching and helping at fishing clinics, volunteer coordination for events, planning educational programs, and managing the schedule for our clinic lake (roughly 130 events/year). If you enjoy the outdoors, and are interested in a career with a conservation organization or as an outdoor educator or volunteer coordinator, this might be the job for you!
